Service Cancellation
You may cancel a scheduled service under the following conditions:
- Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled service: Full refund of any deposit
- Cancellations made 24-48 hours before: 50% refund of deposit
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before: No refund of deposit
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment.
Service Rescheduling
We understand that plans can change. You may reschedule your service appointment:
- At no additional cost if done 24 hours or more in advance
- Subject to availability of our team
- Up to two times without penalty
Weather-Related Delays
Tree care work can be affected by weather conditions for safety reasons. If we need to postpone your service due to weather:
- We will contact you to reschedule at no extra charge
- Your deposit will remain valid for the rescheduled date
- You may request a full refund if the new date does not suit you
Quality Concerns
If you are not satisfied with our work, please contact us within 7 days of service completion. We will:
- Discuss your concerns and understand the issue
- Arrange a site visit to assess the situation
- Provide corrective work at no additional cost if warranted
- Offer a partial refund if the issue cannot be resolved
Refund Process
When a refund is approved:
- Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days
- The refund will be issued to the original payment method
- You will receive confirmation once the refund is processed
Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds:
- Services that have been fully completed to specification
- Emergency call-out fees once our team has arrived on site
- Consultation fees for large commercial projects
- Services cancelled with less than 24 hours notice
